Welcome to the APSEV and CSEV Meetings
Dear scholars/students/medical professionals,
To enhance academic exchange in the field of extracellular vesicles across the Asia-Pacific region, elevate the research level of extracellular vesicles in various countries within the region, and promote the translation and industrial development of extracellular vesicle research outcomes, we are pleased to announce the "2024 Asia Pacific Societies for Extracellular Vesicles — Asia Pacific Spotlight on EV," which will be held in Guangzhou on November 15, 2024.
This conference is co-hosted by the Asia Pacific Societies for Extracellular Vesicles (APSEV), Chinese Society for Extracellular Vesicles (CSEV), the Interdisciplinary MEDICINE journal, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, and Southern Medical University Zhujiang Hospital.
Adhering to the concept of high-quality conference organization, we will invite distinguished experts from the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles (ISEV) and leading experts from APSEV, including top specialists from Chinese Society of Extracellular Vesicles(CSEV), Australia and New Zealand Society of Extracellular Vesicles (ANZSEV), Japanese Society for Extracellular Vesicles (JSEV), Indian Society for Extracellular Vesicles (InSEV), Korean Society for Extracellular Vesicles (KSEV), Society for Clinical Research and Translation of Extracellular Vesicles Singapore (SOCRATES), Malaysian Society for Extracellular Vesicles (MySEV), and Regional Taiwan Society for Extracellular Vesicles (TSEV). Through presentations and paper exchanges, these experts will introduce the latest research findings, trends, and challenges in extracellular vesicle research. Additionally, industry experts and relevant enterprises will be invited to discuss the prospects and key issues in the industrial translation of extracellular vesicle research.
The conference will cover various topics, including EVs based clinical theranostics, EV basic research, and EVs related advanced technology. More than 1,000 scholars, students, and medical professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region are expected to attend. We warmly welcome colleagues in the field of extracellular vesicles throughout the Asia-Pacific region to submit papers and participate in the conference.
In addition to this conference, we are pleased to invite you to The 8th China Extracellular Vesicle Conference, which will be held at the same venue on November 16-17, 2024.

Prof Lei Zheng is a Distinguished Professor and recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He serves as Vice-president in the Chinese Society of Extracellular Vesicles (CSEV), Editor-in-Chief of Interdisciplinary Medicine, and former Executive Chairman of Education committee in International Society of Extracellular Vesicles(ISEV). His research focuses on biomarker discovery and clinical application for liquid biopsy. With over 70 publications in high-impact journals and 35 national patents, he has received prestigious awards such as the Guangdong Science and Technology Progress First Prize and was named among the top 2% of the world’s most influential scientists in 2023 and 2024.
